Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order through our normal check out process  if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us. This prevents your favorite items being sold out in your size once we receive them.

Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to change your item to another garment which is in stock/arriving sooner, you may do so. This must be done through our listed exchange/ return process. 

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to global shipping issues. We will continue to update you on shipping dates when we receive them.
