Please allow 3-4 business days to process and ship orders not including holidays. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case the incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to assist with change of address. Items sent back unclaimed or “Return to Sender” will incur a $15 reshipping fee.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please follow up with the local delivery service provider.
Please note due to the recent increase in carrier shipping rates, there will be a $25 flat rate shipping fee for all hats. This rate is subject to change at any time. If you are local, we will offer pick up on Hats ONLY. Please contact us at email@example.com for details. We apologize for the inconvenience.
