You must email for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning merchandise. Returns for online orders are only accepted within 10 days of delivery receipt by customer. We accept items that have not been WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED and ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions! ALL bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE. ALL accessories (jewelry, scarves, headwear, handbags, etc.) are FINAL SALE. ALL SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. All returned items should be sent back fully insured by USPS or other carriers. All shipping for returns will be paid by the customer. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after they are confirmed delivered to the address entered on an order. Shipping labels are generated from the address you put in your account information. We are not responsible if packages are delivered incorrectly due to the address being wrong. Please check the Shipping Address you put in your profile.
